Kelsey Earle

Kelsey is the Finance Director for the City of Auburn, Maine, where she oversees the Accounting, Tax, Assessing, and Clerk divisions and manages all aspects of the town's financial functions, including accounting, payroll, purchasing, tax assessment, and revenue collection, annual budget preparation, financial forecasting, audit issuance, elections, and record keeping. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. Kelsey is a member of the WPFN, a financial board member of the local United Way, and a certified Treasurer and Tax Collector with the Maine Municipal Tax Collectors and Treasurers Association. Outside of work, she enjoys being with her family, reading, hiking, skiing, and spending time on the water.
