Kip Murray

Kip Murray is an independent economist specializing in public finance and macroeconomics, with a focus on sovereign risk ratings and industrial policy.

This paper reflects work completed during their time at the City of Bellevue, where she co-led the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Team, coordinating the City’s grant applications for that national funding opportunity. Additionally, Kip managed the financial models for the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) program.

Kip is currently expanding into bitcoin and digital asset finance, with a growing interest in the implications of decentralized finance for global monetary policy.
