Joellen Lucas

As Director of Debt and Securities Management for the Banking Services Division, Joellen is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Debt, Collateral, and Safekeeping Units.

Prior to serving in her current role, Joellen worked in public accounting in Ohio and West Virginia for nearly 20 years. While in public accounting, her clients included for-profit businesses, not-for-profit businesses, and government agencies. She began working for the West Virginia State Treasurer’s Office in 2018.

Joellen is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her B.A. in Accounting from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
