Tanya M. Luther, CPA

Tanya M Luther, CPA, Senior Accountant, has served the Central Arizona Project (CAP) since 1999, a special district focused on managing and providing water to Arizona from the Colorado River through the Central Arizona Project Canal. Tanya has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2001, a member of the Arizona State Society of CPAs (ASCPA) since 2001 and a member of Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) since 2007. At CAP, Tanya is responsible for the annual external audit for CAP’s financial statements and works directly with the external auditors. CAP has received the GFOA Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting award every year since 2011.
