Mark Romito

Mark Romito is the Director of Finance for the Township of Upper St. Clair, PA. He has over 20 years of experience in and around municipal and school finance, serving as a key member of the leadership teams at two municipalities and a regional CPA firm. Mark is vice-chair of the GFOA’s Committee on Treasury & Investment Management and President of the Pennsylvania GFOA. Mark is also a former adjunct professor having taught graduate courses in public financial management at the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.
