Keith McLaughlin

Keith McLaughlin is the Executive Director of the Colorado Water Resources & Power Development Authority. Keith has been with the Authority since 1998 and is responsible for managing five water-related infrastructure programs that account for over 850 loans and over $3.2 billion in water infrastructure projects to Colorado municipalities and special districts. Keith has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Major Finance and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, both from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
