Anna Nicholas

Anna Nicholas has worked in local government for more than seventeen years, serving cities in the San Joaquin Valley region of central California. All her public administration and finance experience has been in small to medium-sized cities, giving her a unique background in understanding small organizations' challenges and resource constraints. In addition, Anna grew up in a small town, which helps add perspective to being a public servant in one. Anna has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, which includes studies in organizational leadership, and has completed certificate programs of study in accounting, public procurement, and internal controls for government. In addition, Anna actively engages in ongoing professional development through various professional associations. Anna holds the Certified Revenue Officer (CRO) designation through the California Municipal Revenue and Tax Association and the Certified California Municipal Treasurer (CCMT) designation through the California Municipal Treasurers Association.
