Thao Pham

Thao Pham graduated from UIC with a doctorate degree in Public Policy and Administration and a concentration in Financial Management. She is interested in learning and researching about state and local fiscal health and transparency. During her training, she also worked as a research intern in the Economic Research Unit at the Illinois Department of Revenue, where she supported economists with annual revenue forecasts and fiscal bill analysis. Besides work, Thao loves traveling, volunteering, and singing.
