Rebecca Seewald
Intergovernmental Affairs Advisor, National Telecommunications and Information Administration
Rebecca Seewald joined the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) in July 2022 as a federal program officer with NTIA's Office of Internet Connectivity and Growth, Tribal Connectivity and Nation to Nation Coordination. In January 2024, Rebecca joined the Intergovernmental Affairs Team as an Advisor. In this role, she oversees coordination between state, county, and municipal governments and NTIA’s Internet for All programs.
Before joining NTIA, Rebecca worked in government relations for Honeywell, where she focused on trade and technology policy at the federal and international level, as well as state and local engagement supporting Honeywell’s Building Technologies Business. Prior to that, she led government relations for the Native American Contractors Association, developing policies, tracking legislation and advocating for economic self-sufficiency and development for Tribes, Alaska Native Corporations and Native Hawaiian Corporations.
Rebecca holds a BBA in International Business and Economics from the University of Oklahoma and a MPS in Global Advocacy from The George Washington University. She is a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma
