Jessica Rosenkranz

I am the Fiscal Management Assistant for the City of Hannibal, MO, where I have worked for more than 13 years. For the last seven years, I have been the sole accounts payable employee for the city, in addition to many other varied duties. I began as the Parks Department secretary in 2011 and have worked my way up. Before working for the city, I was the bookkeeper for a non-profit agency for four years. Additionally, I earned my dual Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics in 2003. My goal is to enter the CPFO program within the next year, so that I can further expand my knowledge. On a personal note, I am also a mother to a wonderful little boy, and I have been with my husband for 20 years. I look forward to this networking opportunity!
