Sheila White

Sheila White has over twenty years of leadership experience in both accounting and operations roles. She began her career in accounting as an auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP. Before joining the City of Richmond, Sheila was a senior manager in banking where she successfully led both accounting and project teams. In addition, she has held a variety of leadership roles in public housing, real estate investment, and as a Vice President at a Fortune 100 financial services company.
Sheila earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of North Carolina.
