Erica Worley

Erica Worley is the Assistant Director of Financial Reporting for the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS), which she joined in 2019. Her previous experience includes seven years of public accounting at PwC and four years of industry experience as the Manager of External Reporting for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. At OPERS, Erica is responsible for the preparation and review of the system’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, financial planning and analysis and the day-to-day accounting operations.

Erica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and her Masters of Accountancy from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
