Maintains and coordinates integral pieces of larger Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system designed to support internal and/or external users. Ensures availability, reliability, and optimal performance of ERP software system. Plans, communicates, and analyzes software status with management as well as end users. Provides technical assistance and training to system users and coordinates city-wide training. Coordinates internal customer issues, ERP system errors, software upgrades, enhancement requests, and new module implementation.

Implements, manages, and supports the City's portfolio of applications which include: enterprise-wide commercial software applications, assigned departmental line of business applications and custom-developed applications.
The current vacancy is in the ERP Division of IT working with our Financial and Human Resource management software. However, the resulting certified eligibility list of candidates for appointment consideration will be comprised of candidates whose skills will apply for various work assignments within the Enterprise Application Analyst job classification.
