Budget & Performance Manager

Managing the budget and performance team which is comprised of six professional level employees.

Managing and participating in development and preparation of both annual operating and multi-year capital budgets.

Managing and participating in the monitoring of approved budgets for City departments.

Managing and supporting a variety of complex, cross-department and financially impactful projects.

Preparing a variety of budget and financial reports and presentations to City departments, City management, elected officials and the public.

Manages and implements the City’s performance measurement and organizational work plan programs, including consultation with departments on the design and compilation of performance measures to support the work plan.
