Marcia Tannian

As director of finance and investor relations at the MTA, Marcia oversees an annual debt issuance of $7 billion and manages a $47 billion debt portfolio. She works to ensure that MTA's disclosure is thorough, accessible, and well-presented. Her leadership in investor relations and rating agency engagement has earned MTA recognition for exemplary disclosure practices. In addition to her investor relations role, she develops financing plan strategy and the structure of MTA bond issuances. Due to the retirement of a co-director colleague, Marcia accepted an even larger role as the sole director of the finance department and is embracing the new challenge.
