Sabrina is responsible for preparing the annual comprehensive financial report (ACFR) for the City of Houston Public Works, which is a water/wastewater utility with $2 billion in annual revenue, while overseeing water plant accounting, budgets, capital plans, and contract management. She played a key role in the successful completion of a $2 billion water purification plant expansion in Northeast Houston, which will provide 320 million gallons of safe drinking water daily to the region. Sabrina’s leadership has fostered collaboration across departments, securing funding and building partnerships.
